A lactation consultant & doula will cover latch, positioning, common challenges, & nutrition for nursing mothers, and the emotional benefits of breastfeeding.

Nourishing You & Baby on a Budget.

A sietitian will lead a hands-on cooking demo, share nutrition tips, and discuss the connection between food and well-being.
